Michal Dekel Malinovitch

Michal brings 20 years of extensive experience as a lawyer in commercial law practice to her work at Compass

Learning, where she specialised in corporate law and contracts. She has a thorough knowledge and experience in

commercial negotiations, contracts, international agreements, consulting to boards, corporate structures,

intellectual property, tenders, antitrust, insurance and litigation.

Michal holds an LLB for the Law School at Tel Aviv University, an MBA, (Cum Laude) with a major in

Entrepreneurship from the IDC Herzliya, is a Member of the Israel Bar Association and is now studying for her B.A

in Human Science specialising in Philosophy. Michal has also served in the Israeli Air force.
